A question and answer period after the lecture may tempt you to invite people to some private sessions for extra help. You may want to be careful not to go too far in helping those that may need a different sort of counseling than you are able to offer, however. Hugs tend to bring a comfortable feeling of acceptance--that may be all that is needed in many cases.
